Shape the Future of a Global Aftermarket Business

On behalf of Cimbria Grain & Seed, part of Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT), MØLLER | HANSEN is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead a strategic transformation of the company’s global Aftermarket organization.

Cimbria is currently undergoing a multi-year transformation to strengthen competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. With manufacturing sites in Thisted (DK), Stockerau (AT), and Litomyšl (CZ), and equipment installed in more than 75 countries, the Aftermarket business is a key strategic profit driver with significant unrealized potential.

This role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader who wants to build, scale, and professionalize a global Aftermarket setup in a strong international industrial company.

The Role: Build a Predictable, High-Performing Aftermarket Engine

As Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for commercial development, operational excellence, customer experience, and cross-site collaboration across the entire Aftermarket spectrum—service, spare parts, and modernization projects.

Your Profile

Professional Background

• 7+ years’ leadership experience in Aftermarket, Service, or Spare Parts within industrial equipment or manufacturing with experience in leading teams across multiple sites or countries
• Documented commercial performance and experience scaling an Aftermarket business and strong financial and analytical skills (pricing, forecasting, margin control)
• ERP/CRM expertise (SAP and Salesforce preferred)
• Professional English; Danish or German is a plus

You are characterized by being a calm, structured, and clear communicator who possesses a data-driven and accountable approach to tasks—taking ownership of the numbers and acting early. You´re also collaborative and low-ego, which ensures effective trust-building across functions. As a pragmatic problem-solver who is able to cut through complexity, you combine strategic thinking with strong, hands-on execution capabilities.
