The Opportunity
Your primary focus will be to create new business opportunities, identify customer needs, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first customer interaction through negotiation and contract signing.
You will work closely with customers, distributors, internal specialists, and the Solution Development team to deliver competitive and value-creating solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening Cimbria’s market position and driving significant growth across Scandinavia.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline through proactive market engagement and customer development.
Managing the full sales cycle from needs identification to negotiation and closing profitable orders.
Developing long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers while expanding existing business opportunities.
Translating customer requirements into competitive technical and commercial solutions in close collaboration with internal specialists.
Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution while supporting high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.

Delivered growth in order intake and revenue within your territory.
Built a healthy pipeline focused on new customers and business opportunities.

You are a commercially strong sales professional with experience in technical B2B sales and a proven ability to demonstrate how you have created growth, developed customers, and generated new business opportunities.
You work in a structured manner with pipeline management, CRM, and sales activities and thrive with the freedom to independently develop a market. At the same time, you are a strong relationship builder who understands customers’ businesses and can navigate complex decision-making processes.
Through your curiosity, technical understanding, and commercial mindset, you translate customer needs into value-creating solutions and long-term partnerships.

Location and Travel
While the preferred location is Thisted, Denmark, we welcome candidates from across Scandinavia. For the right candidate, the position can be based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, or Finland.
This is a field-based position requiring significant travel throughout the Nordic region. Expected travel activity is approximately 40–60%.
