Lead and develop an established Key Account Management setup

Your responsibilities
As Key Account Manager – Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic global accounts while ensuring a structured and professional approach to account development.
Your key responsibilities include:
Developing and growing strategic key accounts on a global level
Building executive-level relationships and positioning Cimbria as a trusted partner
Identifying new applications, projects, and business opportunities within existing customers
Leading major commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and strategic opportunities
Strengthening collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Service, and Project Execution teams
Driving structured account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management through Salesforce
Leading and supporting two international Key Account Managers
Who are you?
You are a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys creating long-term value through strategic customer partnerships.
You combine a strong business mindset with the ability to understand complex technical solutions and customer challenges.

Think strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results
Build trust and credibility with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Work in a structured and disciplined manner with account planning and pipeline management
Thrive in international environments and across cultures
Take ownership and proactively drive initiatives forward
What do you bring?
You have experience working with strategic customers in complex international environments and understand how to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Ideally, you bring:
5–10+ years of experience in international Key Account Management
Proven success within industrial project sales and complex commercial environments
Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation capabilities
Technical understanding of industrial equipment, systems, or solutions
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Experience leading international account teams or cross-functional customer initiatives
Experience from industries such as industrial equipment, agriculture, food processing, engineering solutions, or other project-based industries will be considered an advantage.
